Can be applied directly on metal surface at extreme hot temperature (200 – 900 Degrees Centigrade) for Hot Rolling Process. Suitable for CR Product up to 1200 Degree Centigrade for Cold Rolling Process. Labeling can be done by integrated Robotic System or Portable Manual Applicator. Any Form of Barcode like 1-D Bar Code, QR code, Data Matrix etc and any type of printing matter can be done on site with industrial printers like Zebra & SATO with cutter. PLASTOCHEM can integrate the printers with existing Level 2 System to print the labels.
With HEATPROOF labels, the metal product can be given a bar code identity right after its made. No more hassles of pasting any other cold label.
Hot direct application barcode labels can be applied on hot metals immediately after the casting process. There is no need to wait until a metal has cooled. The maximum application temperature is approximately 900℃.
High heat barcode labels can be applied on materials such as steel coils and bars, heat furnace stands and carriers, ceramic and glass products and electronic parts. Our labels are designed to withstand numerous heat treatments such as homogenizing, annealing and baking processes up to approximately 600℃ (1110oF). Smudge-proof is available for the application when the object is slightly hot.
Heatproof applicators have been designed to apply variable product identification and bar coding directly to hot materials such as hot steel and aluminum online.
